In this performance, Yoshinari Nishio exchanges clothes with unknown passersby on the streets of various cities across the world. Attire unique to a certain group is more important than language as a criterion to distinguish “us” from “them.” He proposes a new way of communicating in the city, where people from different cultures and with various personalities all intermingle.
