Cast-off Skin

赤ん坊であった西尾を母が抱いている昔の写真から、2人の衣服を再現する。西尾のぬけがらが母にくっつき、母のぬけがらが私にくっつく。あるいは背負われている、あるいは支えている。

Yoshinari Nishio’s mother nestled him in her arms as a baby. He reproduced this using clothes. His clothes stick to his mother as his cast-off skin. His mother’s clothes stick to him as her cast-off skin. They may be shouldered as a burden, or they might offer support.
